well for him, he wanted to share it with everyone.

Kyoshi's Plan
 |
Wear a Solar Belt every day for 6 months. Put it on in
the morning, take it off at bedtime. |
 |
Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day. |
 |
Eat small meals, more often (5-6 meals a day). |
 |
Do not eat after 9:00pm. |
 |
Yes to chicken, fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. |
 |
No to rice, potatoes, pasta and breads. |
 |
Every morning drink 1 Total Nutrition System (by
Dymatize) shake. Follow directions. |
 |
As a fill-in protein, drink 1 Total Nutrition System
shake made with low fat soy milk. (Butter Pecan Toffee is his
favorite). |
 |
Take fat burning tablets for 5 months. Be sure to follow
manufacturer's directions. |
 | Go to the gym, and lift weights 5 times per week. |
 | Eat 1 large tomato every day |
 |
One day each weekend, take off. Eat whatever you want. |
