Kyoshi Kristensen recently completed an incredible diet and workout regimen. It worked so well for him, he wanted to share it with everyone.

Kyoshi's Plan

Wear a Solar Belt every day for 6 months. Put it on in the morning, take it off at bedtime.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day.

bullet

Eat small meals, more often (5-6 meals a day).

bullet

Do not eat after 9:00pm.

bullet

Yes to chicken, fish, meat, vegetables and fruits.

bullet

No to rice, potatoes, pasta and breads.

bullet

Every morning drink 1 Total Nutrition System (by Dymatize) shake. Follow directions.

bullet

As a fill-in protein, drink 1 Total Nutrition System shake made with low fat soy milk. (Butter Pecan Toffee is his favorite).

Take fat burning tablets for 5 months. Be sure to follow manufacturer's directions.

bullet

Go to the gym, and lift weights 5 times per week.

bullet

Eat 1 large tomato every day

bullet

One day each weekend, take off. Eat whatever you want.
